β Refund and Replacement Policy
We provide replacements/refunds when your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
All you have to do is email us at info@betasyshealth.com with your order details and issue description.
β Cancellation Before Shipment
If you cancel your Ayurvedic product order before we prepare and dispatch it:
1. Processing Time
Your refund will be processed within 7β14 business days from us receiving your cancellation request.
2. Bank Processing
It may take 2β3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
β Cancellation After Shipment
If your Ayurvedic products are already on their way when you cancel:
1. Return Required
We can only process your refund after we receive and verify the Ayurvedic products at our facility.
2. Quality Check
Our quality team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our standards before approving your refund.
Important Note:
Refunds will not be processed for opened Ayurvedic products, customized formulations, or after 15 days from delivery.

How you’ll receive your money back depends on your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Cards
Refund processed to the same card used for payment.
Net Banking
Refund credited to the same bank account.
Cash on Delivery
Bank transfer initiated against billing details shared by you.
