- Orders & Delivery
Orders will be processed only upon receipt of confirmed payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
Any visible damage or tampering with the package must be reported to the courier at the time of receipt and notified to us within 48 hours.
- Returns & Replacements
Products once opened/used are not eligible for return due to healthcare and hygiene regulations.
Replacement or refund will be provided only in cases of:
